• The park reserves the right to assign all spaces. Rates and space rental are subject to change without notice. No refunds on space rentals.
• All guests must register at the park office upon arrival or as soon as possible when office opens. Facilities are for their use only.
• Park in your rented space only. Other spaces are for rent and must be available at all times.
• All RVs must be in good condition and must not be unsightly.

• Rinse any sand off at the shower on the gulf side of bath house, before using the restroom shower.
• Children under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult in buildings.
• No shell cleaning in restroom. Please help keep the restrooms and showers clean.
• Mats covering grass require management's permission.
• Please keep your area ship shape, neat, dispose of butts and avoid littering.
• Place all fish remains in plastic bags and dispose of in container.
• Drive slowly on grass and don't turn wheels without moving vehicle.
• Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. Disruptive noise is not permitted at any time.
• The owner/management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries or losses from any cause.
• Management reserves the right to limit the stay and/or the number of persons per site.

We realize that the great majority of our campers were already abiding to these rules when they didn't exist. They love and care for their pets and are conscious of their Responsibilities to their neighbors. And we thank you for it.

You must pick up after your pet. Please curb your pet at your site or on the street side of the board fence. Bags are provided by the dumpster and at the beach walk. Bag all droppings and place in the dumpster. Also bag kitty litter before placing in dumpster. Please do not allow your pet to use another person's site, the plants that add color to our park or common areas as a toilet.

All Pets must be registered at office and have a signed policy on file for each stay.

Pets must be on a leash or lead and under your control at all times.

Pets are not allowed in any park buildings.

Pets that demonstrate vicious or aggressive behavior or that bark excessively will be evicted from the park without a refund.

Basically your pet, may not infringe upon the other occupants of the park.

There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy. Violation of this policy will result in a $25.00 per incident fine charged to your credit card on file and may result in immediate eviction from the park. This policy has been established to provide for a safe and sanitary camping facility. Your compliance with this policy is paramount to our decision to extend camping privileges to you and to allow your pet within the park.
